I’ve always been skeptical about having anyone help with my taxes because I’ve been taken advantage of in the past. I let my guard down and asked Toi to help. She was extremely professional (even though I considered her a friend prior) and explained all the steps and what was needed to process. She kept me updated and when I was confused she took her time to explain and answer any questions I had along the way. She even went above and beyond and answered questions about my significant others process. I was amazed and so happy I chose Toi! She will always be be my go to in the years coming.
